In the DNA of Andrea Larossa there is definitely a lot of Italy. The young chef is born in Verbania, his mother is from Lazio and his father from Lucania, he makes some important experiences in Lombardy and then he finally returns to Piedmont to open his restaurant in Alba, a relatively small town featuring an international spirit. His cuisine is eclectic, personal, respectful of his origins, transforming even the simplest food in a ran soirée dish.
