Andrea Berton was born in Friuli in 1970. He starts his journey into the culinary world in Milan as part of the staff of Gualtiero Marchesi in Via Bonvesin della Riva. His professional career moves on as he works in the world’s best restaurants: first at Mossiman’s in London, then at Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, and findally at Louis XV in Montecarlo under the guidance of Alain Ducasse. Between 1997 and 2001 he is Chef at the Taverna di Colloredo di Monte Albano, where he earns his first Michelin star. After this outstanding achievement he goes back to Marchesi as Executive Chef of the group.
