The location of the Restaurant is wonderful and retains its elegant and elitist charm: overlooking the wild Roero and guarded by two stone lions that watch the entrance, the Tenuta Carretta di Piobesi d'Alba is certainly one of the most evocative wineries at the left of the river Tanaro. Since 1467 his nature is to be a productive structure (the winery is surrounded by an amphitheatre-shaped vineyard of 35 acres where some of the most representative wines of the company are born), furthermore its historic architectural facility, impressive and spacious, allowed to build within its walls a charming hotel with 10 rooms and a restaurant.

The menu of 21.9 will be full of natural elements – both from the earth and the sea, featuring an innovative cuisine focusing also on the revival of some "iconic" dishes created by Flavio Costa
