Chef Federico Gallo was born in Turin, in Piedmont. In 2006, after gaining his school diploma, Federico starts traveling, first in Italy, mainly in Tuscany and later abroad, including Mexico and the United States. These experiences helped Federico to offer local products served with style, focusing on the creation of seasonal menus inspired by the traditional raw materials he saw in the places he visited. His cuisine is the perfect combination between tradition and innovation, combining classic local products from Piedmont and Tuscany and creating dishes which are extraordinarily rich in flavours and fragrances.
