Alba Walking Tour Truffle Edition

A guided tour to discover Alba and the world of the Alba White Truffle, combining history, local traditions and sustainability.

Starting from Piazza Risorgimento, the itinerary leads to one of the city parks, where participants will meet a truffle hunter and his faithful dog and discover fascinating facts, traditions and secrets behind truffle hunting.

The tour then continues through Alba’s historic centre, taking in some of the landmark locations of the International Alba White Truffle Fair and the Alba White Truffle World Market, before reaching Piazza Ferrero and Hotel Giacomo Morra, named after the Alba entrepreneur and restaurateur who helped introduce the White Truffle to the world.

An experience that combines discovering the city with protecting its territory: part of the ticket price contributes to the planting of new truffle-producing trees, helping to safeguard the truffle’s natural habitat and local biodiversity.
