An experience that combines the charm of historic architecture, the elegance of premium sparkling wines, and the pleasure of conviviality in one of Alba’s most evocative venues: the “G. Busca” Social Theatre.
The evening will begin at 6:30 PM with a guided tour of the Social Theatre, offering guests the opportunity to discover the history and charm of one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, gradually immersing them in the atmosphere of the event.
At 7:00 PM, the event will officially begin: ALTA LANGA APERITIVO · Magnum Première, an occasion dedicated to discovering Alta Langa DOCG, Piedmont’s traditional-method sparkling wine.
The highlight of the evening will be a selection of Alta Langa DOCG served exclusively in Magnum format. On the theatre stage, the cuvées will be presented by AIS sommeliers, who will guide guests on an authentic sensory journey, enhanced by live musical entertainment. This experience invites participants to explore different interpretations of the denomination, showcasing the richness and identity of one of the finest expressions of the Italian traditional method.
Complementing the tasting will be an outstanding culinary offering by chef Paolo Griffa, Michelin-starred chef of the Paolo Griffa al Caffè Nazionale restaurant in Aosta. Throughout the evening, a selection of signature finger foods will be served at the tables, followed by a hot course enriched with the unmistakable Alba White Truffle, and concluding with an elegant dessert.
