AMA la carne (Love the meat) is organised by the Associazione Macellai Albesi (Alba Butchers Association) in collaboration with the Municipality of Alba – Great review of Piedmontese cattle, the Ente Fiera di Alba (International Alba White Truffle Fair) and the Associazione Commercianti Albesi (Alba Traders Association).
The festival will provide an opportunity for butchers and consumers to meet, with the aim of raising public awareness of the unique qualities of these local excellences and highlighting the importance of traceability and the origin of certified quality products.
Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the authentic flavors of Piedmontese cuisine, tasting dishes prepared with the prized Albese beef, the key ingredient in many traditional recipes.
