The pasta Atelier: “The 3 Chefs”, Albagnulot & Co.

To celebrate the egg, the basic ingredient of traditional dishes, a symbol of know-how handed down as a cultural legacy that has made Langhe, Monferrato and Roero the most important gastronomical district in Italy, one of the novelties of this 89th edition is represented by the Atelier of fresh pasta.

An extraordinary event to learn the secrets of homemade egg pasta, which finds its perfect balance in the combination with the Alba White Truffle.

The room is equipped with stations for the preparation of agnolotti, ravioli del plin and tajarin.

“The Three Chefs – Albagnulot & Co.”, that is, chefs Walter Ferretto, Fulvio Siccardi and Diego Pattarino, will organize a fun lesson, followed by the tasting.

 

The Alba White Truffle is excluded and will be priced separately, for those who wish, according to the daily price.
