In the heart of the professional kitchen at the Taste Lab – Castle of Roddi, the International Alba White Truffle Fair opens its doors to a special experience: the Brunch, an exclusive gathering designed for a small group of guests in a lively and authentic setting where cuisine becomes a place of sharing, storytelling, and conviviality.
Guided by the creativity and vision of Chef Luigi Taglienti, participants will enjoy an immersive experience that combines hospitality, culinary craftsmanship, and outstanding ingredients.
A buffet set directly within the kitchen celebrates some of Italy’s finest gastronomic specialties, including Parmigiano Reggiano, Fontina d’Aosta, Mozzarella, a selection of savory mignonne creations by Sov Bakery of Alba, and a dessert offering featuring individual pastries and the traditional Piedmontese hazelnut cake.
Alongside the buffet, Chef Taglienti presents a selection of dishes specially designed to pair with Alba White Truffle, enhancing the experience of fresh truffle shaving (available upon request and charged according to the daily market quotation). Guests can enjoy a live cooking experience featuring three distinctive interpretations of egg dishes and a classic fondue, all carefully prepared and presented by the Chef himself.
The experience is completed by a wine bouvette featuring local wines and a selection of freshly prepared juices and extracts.
The Brunch at Castello di Roddi is an invitation to experience the Fair from a more intimate perspective: that of the kitchen, where aromas intertwine with stories and every detail is designed to be shared.
