CHEF DAVIDE OLDANI – D’O

Davide Oldani is considered the creator of pop cuisine – high quality and accessibility.

In 2003 he opened his own restaurant D’O, in Cornaredo, in the province of Milan, his home town. After a year in business, the most authoritative gastronomic guides included him amongst the great chefs of Italian cuisine. His experiences prior to opening D’O had seen him alongside Gualtiero Marchesi, Albert Roux, Alain Ducasse and Pierre Hermé. In November 2013, he was invited to Harvard to talk about his entrepreneurial experience; the university’s economists defined his approach and organisation at work as applicable to different categories and not only to catering.
