Luca graduated in 2012 from the Alma institute, the international school of Italian cuisine in Colorno in the province of Parma. He has very clear ideas about what he wants to do when he grows up. Luca is the result of experiences in very different places: it combines respect and care for Italian cuisine, giving it its interpretation.
