Luca Zecchin, a pupil of Lidia Alciati, is a Chef who combines contemporary suggestions with the classics of Piedmontese tradition.

He devotes himself with passion to the search for excellence in raw materials as well as in cooking techniques and pating up, by creating some great works of art that pay homage every day to the history of Guido da Costigliole.
