
Originally from Molfetta in Apulia, Maurizio Bufi is a man of the sea who has dedicated himself to the lake for over ten years now, ever since he left Switzerland in 2008 to be in charge of the opening of Lefay Resort & Spa at Lake Garda in Gargnano.
In 2012 he moved to Villa Giulia, where as executive chef he gained the coveted Michelin Star (2017) and where he remained until October 2021, until he was called to the 5-star luxury Grand Hotel Fasano & Villa Principe in Gardone Riviera.
In his new adventure, he is the executive chef of the Il Fagiano restaurant. His is also the breakfast service signature.

The Alba White Truffle slice is not included in the fee as it usually follows the daily quotation of the Truffle Exchange.

Children who participate in cooking shows by tasting the dish, must be provided with a ticket. Please inform info@fieradeltartufo.org of the presence of children in the room who do not take part in the tasting in order to arrange a chair near the parents within 72 hours.
