Costardibros: Christian e Manuel Ristorante – Scatto Ristorante

The Costardi brothers, Christian and Manuel, from the homonymous restaurant Christian and Manuel in Vercelli, offer high-level creative cuisine while keeping the importance of the local territory in mind. Their restaurant is a place where evolution is a glance at the past projected towards the future. They revolutionized it in 2007 with their cuisine and the innovation of their dishes. It is a home where everyone who enters should feel like a guest and not a customer, as taught by their grandparents and their mother, Cinzia. It was in 1967 when Grandpa Nino and Grandma Sandra opened Hotel Cinzia, and it is within this hotel that their renewed restaurant is located.

Their menu is based on four fundamental pillars: Emotion, Territory, Passion, Evolution. The protagonist of their dishes is rice, which has been and always will be their starting point. And it is in the desserts where they celebrate their menu, with Manuel, the “sweet chef,” who merges the two souls of their cuisine.
