Guess the Afternoon Tea

An introductory journey into the world of tea, designed for those who wish to approach this ancient beverage with greater awareness and appreciation.

Guess the Afternoon Tea is a fun and engaging sensory experience that puts both taste and intuition to the test.

During this 90-minute workshop, participants will be served three “mystery” cups of tea or herbal infusions, a glass of Alta Langa sparkling wine, and a selection of sweet and savoury delicacies. Using a dedicated tasting sheet, guests will be invited to identify the most harmonious pairings between the beverages and the food offerings. At the end of the session, the teas and infusions will be revealed, and the best combinations will be explained from a technical tasting perspective.

A light-hearted, dynamic experience suitable for everyone, offering a unique and convivial way to discover the art of food and beverage pairing.
