The “Hazelnut Tasting Experience”, held by a highly experienced food technologist, in Italian and English, will include the detailed study of the characteristics of hazelnuts of different origins, to demonstrate the superior properties of the “Hazelnut Piedmont IGP of the Langhe “cultivated in a hilly area circumscribed and particularly suitable, revealing sensory profiles and unique aromas of a product of exceptional quality, used by the best pastry shops, ice cream shops, chocolates and restaurants in Italy and the world. The activity includes, in addition to the narration, the guided tasting and the gift of a bag of hazelnuts.
