A cooking school that will teach some of the most distinctive recipes of the Langhe, Monferrato and Roero tradition as well as the great iconic dishes of important national chefs through theoretical and practical courses.
The cooking school workstations are fully equipped with all the necessary tools for theoretical and practical lessons.
The experience will culminate with the tasting of the dish on which the Alba White Truffle will be sliced and served with a glass of wine.
Each participant will be given:
the Frette apron with the logo of the International Alba White Truffle Fair
the recipe created with the chef
the “Tutto sul Tartufo Bianco d’Alba” (All about the Alba White Truffle) handbook
Maximum 14 people. There are 7 workstations available. Each can be used individually or in pairs.
