Markets are a traditional event of the International Alba White Truffle Fair, an opportunity to taste and get to know the local excellent food and craft products.
The Alba Langhe and Roero Earth Market is held at the same time as the city market, but it is marked by the presence of artisan products only, whose sellers are small producers and farmers, selected within an area of 50 km according to the key quality criteria set out by Slow Food. Strict respect for such characteristics is regularly monitored by the association that now runs the market, in collaboration with Condotta.
You can buy fruit and vegetables, wine, honey and cheese, cold meats and processed products made with the tasty local hazelnuts, bread and other bakery products.
