The Truffle World Auction is an event that, over time, has managed to combine the promotion of territorial excellence with solidarity by allocating substantial funds to charitable causes. On 13th November, with a live streaming connection with the Castle of Grinzane Cavour – home of the Enoteca Regionale Piemontese Cavour (the regional wine shop) – Hong Kong, Singapore and Vienna will compete, bid for bid, for the most prestigious lots of selected specimens of the Alba White Truffle.
