The idea is to match and combine in a most exclusive event, thanks to the top skills of the Michelin starred chefs the Alba White Truffle together with unique elements of international cuisine.
The proceeds of these prestigious events, open to the public, will be donated to the “Breathe the Truffle”project, the first crowdfunding campaign to safeguard the natural environment of the Alba White Truffle.
In occasion of the 89th Fiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco d’Alba, on Tuesday the 14th of November Chefs Maurilio Garola and Davide Palluda will showcase a menu in which the Tuber magnatum Pico.
The Ultimate Truffle Dinners are open to the public and to everyone who wishes to profit from this prestigious opportunity to experience what the unforgettable territory of Alba, Langhe and Roero has to offer.
The proceeds of the dinner will go towards the project Breathe the Truffle, the fundraising campaign to safeguard the Tartufo Bianco d’Alba’s natural habitat.
Maurilio Garola (* Michelin star chef) popular in the Langhe for over twenty years for his restaurant Ciau del Tornavento, which boats a Michelin star and one of the most beautiful wine cellars in Italy. Moreover, he is executive chef of Campamac osteria di livello in Barbaresco.
Davide Palluda (* Michelin star chef) opened in 1995 All’Enoteca, the restaurant next to the Enoteca Regionale del Roero, in Canale. He is known for being one of the best Italian chefs and is responsible for enhancing the value of Roero’s cuisine.
