A unique experience at the heart of the Alba White Truffle Fair: the Unusual Dinner takes place on the stage of the Teatro Sociale (Social Theatre) “Giorgio Busca”, transformed for one evening into an exclusive restaurant.
The evening begins with a guided tour of the theatre and continues with a signature dinner, where the Alba White Truffle meets the excellence of contemporary cuisine.

The International Alba White Truffle Fair dedicates this special dinner to Fiori Rari, the association founded by Chef Antonio Guida, two Michelin stars at Ristorante Seta in Milan. The project was born from a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and from the desire to accompany children and families through some of life’s most challenging moments.
In this spirit, the Fair will present Chef Guida with the Dawn to Earth Award, a recognition that celebrates chefs who bring their sensitivity beyond the kitchen, transforming talent into social commitment. To honour this journey, a team of chef friends, including Stefano Baiocco, two Michelin stars of Villa Feltrinelli in Gargnano, Matias Perdomo, one Michelin star at the restaurant Contraste in Milan, Eugenio Boer of Ristorante Bu:r in Milan and Wicky Priyan of the restaurant Wicky’s Innovative Japanese Cuisine in Milan – will come together to create a special dinner conceived as a collective embrace.
It will be an evening where culinary excellence meets generosity, where every dish becomes a gesture of solidarity and every guest helps support the initiatives of Fiori Rari.
An event that reflects the most human side of the Fair: the one that brings together community, compassion and responsibility.

The Teatro Sociale is one of the most beautiful and historically rich cultural facilities in the city of Alba
It is well-known and kind of unique throughout Europe for its “double” structure, consisting of a historic 19th-century “horseshoe-shaped” hall, a modern hall with stalls and gallery, and a stage located right in the middle.
