A unique experience at the heart of the Alba White Truffle Fair: the Unusual Dinner takes place on the stage of the Teatro Sociale (Social Theatre) “Giorgio Busca”, transformed for one evening into an exclusive restaurant.
The evening begins with a guided tour of the theatre and continues with a signature dinner, where the Alba White Truffle meets the excellence of contemporary cuisine.
A special opportunity to experience the culture and flavors of Alba, a UNESCO Creative City for Gastronomy and Capital of Contemporary Art 2027.
THE CHEF
The desire to bring authenticity to an informal setting, where tradition and culinary heritage are reinterpreted through a modern lens, led Chef Federico Zanasi to explore unconventional paths, earning him a Michelin Star in 2019.
Traditional preparations are combined with new formats: Italian and Spanish cuisines merge, using ingredients typical of the former but presented in the form of tapas.

Paired with the menu, a selection of local wines curated in collaboration with several Regional Wine Enotecas of Piedmont will accompany the dining experience; this will be followed by a grappa tasting offered by the Consorzio Tutela Grappa del Piemonte e Grappa di Barolo.

The Teatro Sociale is one of the most beautiful and historically rich cultural facilities in the city of Alba
It is well-known and kind of unique throughout Europe for its “double” structure, consisting of a historic 19th-century “horseshoe-shaped” hall, a modern hall with stalls and gallery, and a stage located right in the middle.
