Baraggia Biellese and Vercellese DOP Rice is the first and only Italian DOP rice.

An expert will guide you to the discovery of the characteristics and properties of this highly prized Protected Designation of Origin. The workshop will culminate with a rice tasting by chef Luciano Tona.
