The “Barolo en primeur” Auction is an event in the name of solidarity – organised by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Cuneo, together with the Fondazione CRC Donare ETS and in collaboration with the Consorzio di Tutela Barolo Barbaresco Alba Langhe e Dogliani – during which barrels produced by the “Cascina Gustava” vineyard will be auctioned, along with prestigious wines, from more than 95 wineries, harvested within the municipal lots.
This edition’s latest addition is the Barolo en primeur Exclusive Tasting week from 20 to 27 October, when participating wineries will open their doors for exclusive en primeur tastings of Barolo/Barbaresco 2022, wines that will be auctioned on 27 October.
In the week leading up to the auction, each winery will offer the chance to book an exclusive tasting experience for anyone wishing to learn more about the en primeur wine world and the wines that will be the subject of the charity auction hosted by Christie’s.
Some of the Barolo/ Barbaresco 2022 wines being tasted will be the subject of an auction on 27 October.
This auction will be online on Christie’s platform for the whole week.
It will be possible to bid for the lots available on Christie’s website.
