Bocuse d’Or Italy Academy


Enrico Crippa, at the helm of the Bocuse d’Or Italy Academy, is working on a new project for the Bocuse d’Or world finals, scheduled in Lyon on 29th and 30th January 2019.

Thanks to a constant training under the supervision of the “Team Italy” and the support of the best chefs, the Italian candidate will face, with the proper preparation, the most important competition of the gastronomic arts in the world.

Among the goals of the Academy there are the promotion of Italian cuisine in the world, the enhancement of professionalism, the creation of interest in the Made in Italy, the promotion of gastronomic biodiversity and the enhancement of Italian style in cooking.
