The Taste Lab – Castle of Roddi opens its doors to a journey into the world of gastronomy. In one of Italy’s most prestigious cooking schools, hands-on courses will guide participants through the creations of renowned chefs on Monday mornings and the iconic recipes of Piedmontese tradition on Friday mornings, offering an engaging and flavourful experience.

Cooking classes with Great Chefs

Every Monday morning, at the Taste Lab – Castle of Roddi, are held theoretical-practical cooking courses during which the recipes of iconic dishes of famous chefs are taught in a unique location. The participants, actively involved, will use seven modern steel workstations, fully equipped with all kitchen tools. They will also have the opportunity to taste the prepared dishes, accompanied by a glass of wine, and they will receive as a gift the teaching material with the recipe and the apron.

Every Friday morning at the Taste Lab –  Castle of Roddi, the Chefs Margherita Giampiccolo and Anna Buganè alternate to teach you famous recipes of the Piedmontese tradition. They will also have the opportunity to taste the prepared dishes, accompanied by a glass of wine, and they will receive as a gift the teaching material with the recipe and the apron.
