Each Fair weekend at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., in the Sala Beppe Fenoglio, inside the Cortile della Maddalena and next to the Truffle World Market, the cooking shows will allow you to discover the secrets of the most highly-rated national and international chefs who, taking turns in the kitchen, will let you savour their dishes – created for the occasion – and paired with the most precious and rare asset of our land: the Alba White Truffle.
