Chef Davide Oldani started from this consideration when he conceived XFETTA: a truffle slicer that, as its name suggests and according to Davide Oldani’s idea, guarantees the “perfect” slice on every dish and for every type of truffle.

The in-depth study of the raw material, which lasted over two years, took place with the valuable advice of the National Truffle Study Centre, and it could only be the International Alba White Truffle Fair, the unchallenged temple of the Tuber magnatum Pico, the best place to present this new creature.
